| Summary This section explains the director’s right to publish the names of employers who contravene the Act.

| Text of Legislation
101. (1) The director may compile information relating to contraventions of this Act or the regulations, including information identifying the persons who, according to a determination or an order of the tribunal, committed the contraventions. (2) Despite the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, the director may (a) publish information compiled under subsection (1), and
