What if you and your employer can’t agree?
- If you and your employer don't solve the problem, or if your employer does not respond to your request within 15 days, you may file a complaint with the Employment Standards Branch. Complaint forms are available at our offices and on our website.
- To assist in processing your complaint, please enclose photocopies of any other records you may have, including hours of work, pay stubs, a copy of the federal Record of Employment form, and letters from your employer etc.
